Planning is well underway once again for our major fundraising event here at the Buderim Men’s Shed. Each year our members generously make available all sorts of goods, and with contributions from our various working interest groups, we end up with a huge selection of quality items ready for sale.
Over the past two years, we’ve raised a substantial amount of money — an impressive achievement considering many items are priced at just a few dollars. This year is shaping up to be even bigger.
🎟️ Our 2026 Raffle
We’re excited to announce a wonderful raffle with fantastic prizes on offer. Buderim Community Bank Bendigo has kindly donated a $500 new deposit cash prize, and with three additional prizes included, the total prize pool exceeds $1,100. It’s well worth grabbing a ticket or two.
🪴 Plant Section
Our plant section is overflowing with well priced plants, along with plenty of friendly advice from members who know their way around a garden.
🍰 Home Baked Goodies
Our amazing team of lady supporters will once again be running the home baked cake and goodies stall. Stop by for a coffee and enjoy a fresh scone or slice — it’s always a highlight.
🔥 BBQ & Breakfast
To complement the day, our crack BBQ team will be cooking bacon and egg rolls and more. It’s the perfect way to start your morning at the Shed.
🛠️ What’s for Sale?
This year’s selection is bigger than ever, including:
• Garden art
• Handmade wooden toys
• Leatherwork
• Stained glass decorative pieces
• Small engines (lawnmowers, whipper snippers)
• Electrical hand tools
• Books
• And plenty more — the list goes on
All proceeds go directly toward the day to day running costs of the Shed, helping men find new interests, build friendships, and importantly, support Men’s Health and Wellbeing.

Can’t Make the Event?
If you’re interested in purchasing some of our crafted goods but can’t attend on the day, we also have a shop at the Middy’s Complex, 29 Main Street, Buderim.
